Make a complaint

Your complaint needs to be in writing, and you can make a complaint:

By Email:
You can send your complaint by email to Kilburnsquarehousingco-operative@brent.gov.uk
Please state “complaint” in the subject and provide full details of your complaint including any photos or video (you may have).

In writing:
You can send your complaint by post or by hand to Kilburn Square Coop registered office located at the Tower Block.
Please state “complaint” in the subject and provide full details of your complaint including any photos or video (you may have).

In person:
If you have a disability and are unable to write or do not have access to email, please make a complaint in person and speak to the officer in charge at the Tower Block office.
Officer in charge will document your complaint and register it (hand in a copy of your complaint with a reference number) after you have signed the written complaint.
