Parking

Permanent residents, their visitors and businesses based within KSHC are permitted to park their vehicles in 4 car parks located within Kilburn Square Housing Estate. 

Only parking permit holders can park in the KSHC car parks.

 

Goods & Service delivery vehicles can only park for a maximum duration of 20 minutes.

Resident need to contact KSHC office for an exemption for the delivery vehicle for longer duration than 20 minutes, prior to arrival of the delivery vehicle.

 

Parking restrictions are enforced at all times (24/7) using CCTV cameras.

UKPC are current contractors to enforce parking restrictions within the KSHC car parks.

Resident Parking Permit:

Residents can acquire a parking permit from KSHC main office. Alternatively resident can send details listed below to the Kilburn Square office by emailing Kilburnsquarehousingco-operative@brent.gov.uk.

  • Copy of V5 (DVLA logbook) showing an address within KSHC. A letter from their employer confirming that the resident is the sole user of the company vehicle.

  • Copy of Insurance Certificate, showing name and KSHC address of the resident

  • Copy of the MOT Certificate

  • Evidence to confirm that the vehicle will fit within a marked parking bay.

  • Evidence of payment (see method of payment below)

 

KSHC do not send a reminder to renew the parking permit. It is the responsibility of the resident to renew parking permits on time to avoid a PCN.

A maximum of 2 permits can be issued to the residents living in one address.

 

Resident parking permit fee:

A fee of £30 is payable for 1st 12-month resident parking permit.

The fee for a second parking permit is £90 for 12 months.

No refund is issued if the resident sells their vehicle.

A fee of £30 is payable to transfer a permit to a new vehicle. 

 

Resident’s Visitors Parking Permit:

Resident can purchase visitor parking permit book of 5 visitor’s parking permits.

Fees for visitor parking permit book of 5 is currently £15

Please send an email to the Kilburn Square office (Kilburnsquare.Housingco-operative@brent.gov.uk) listing number of visitor parking permit books you may require with proof of payment.
